Our October workshop, Charcuterie - Preparing For The Holidays, is sure to enhance your culinary skills as we learn special techniques in preparing a creative and tasty Charcuterie. The workshop, presented by Ginger Miranda and Judy Whittaker, will take place on October 20th at 1:00 in the Craft Room.
$20 per person. The class size is limited to 10 participants. Registration is required. After Registering, be sure to drop your payment off in the drop box at the Amenity Center in order to secure your spot in the class.
